We have put together a short list of the ordering process should you have any questions along the way, feel free to email us, we are thrilled to help.

+ How do I order?
- Existing customers will be provided a password to access our online shop. If you are a new customer, please complete your wholesale application and await a response from us.
- Once your application is approved, head over to our Shop Page and add all of your items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout updating quantities, if necessary, on the checkout screen.
- Checkout is a step by step process but if you have any questions, we are always just an email away.
+ What about shipping?
- You will be invoiced separately from your order, for exact shipping. This request will be made when your order is ready.
- Shipping is based on a number of factors and we want to pack your order as efficiently as possible for the most cost savings.
- We do not ship to a PO BOX. You must provide a physical address for delivery.
- We use recycled packaging to save our customers money, should you get a box that doesn't look brand new, don't fret.
+ Order Lead Times:
- Your order will take approximately 10-14 business days to process. This wait is simply becuase we pour your order on demand to keep the integrity of the candle high and the scent powerful. Once your order is poured, it takes about a week to cure. We ensure the highest quality products and we promise, it's the worth the wait.
- You will receive your shipping invoice when everything has been packed up and weighed.
+ Damages and Returns:
All orders are thoroughly inspected before they are packed and shipped in an effort to ensure your items arrive safely. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. In the event that items are damaged during transit, we ask that you contact us within two business days. Please snap a photo of your damaged package or goods and email us at sales@865candlecompany.com, please include your order number. We will handle this promptly.
Returns are only accepted on products that are in new and unused condition.
